Where Purpose Is Lived and Legacy Is Built

“The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.”
Proverbs 11:25

Heritage Builders

Our Story Begins With a Legacy

Heritage Builders did not begin as a strategy. It began as a way of life.
Heritage Builders was founded through the vision and faithfulness of my father and mother, who gave their lives to serving people and strengthening communities. What they built was not just an organization. It was a heritage. A living legacy entrusted to the next generation. My father and mother carried a deep conviction that faith, leadership, and responsibility were meant to be lived out in service to others.
What they built was more than an organization. It was a heritage. A set of values, relationships, and commitments that shaped our family and the people around us.
That heritage has now been entrusted to the next generation.
My own journey into this work began when I was fifteen years old on my first missions trip.
I saw real needs. Real people. Real challenges. No filters. No distance. That experience shaped how I see the world and clarified something early. My life would be connected to work that helps people. I did not yet know how it would look, but I knew it would be part of my calling.
From that point forward, serving others was not an event. It became part of how I approached life, leadership, and business. For over 30 years, HBI has been involved in people development, leadership, and community work across the United States and in more than a dozen countries. From inner cities to international projects, the focus has remained the same. Strengthen people. Strengthen families. Strengthen communities.
Today, HBI Legacy carries that original heart forward with a growing global vision.

Our Philosophy

“Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
Matthew 6:21

Stewardship

Giving is a moment, stewardship is a mindset. What you manage well today becomes what lasts tomorrow.

Partnerships

We partner with people building lives that leave their print. Big solutions require alignment, not transactions.

Legacy

We focus on long-term relationships, not short-term activity. Sustained vision and consistency build what lasts.

How Giving Works Here

Project Giving

Give directly to a focused initiative.
Every dollar moves a defined mission forward.

General Giving

General support fuels the ongoing mission. Your gift strengthens infrastructure, leadership, and long term impact.

The Vision Ahead

We are building toward a long-term vision of a growing community of Heritage Builders. Over the next ten years we will inspire some big giving goals:

1,000

Heritage Builders giving

$1,000,000
per year

2,000

Heritage Builders giving

$500,000
per year

2,000

Heritage Builders giving

$100,000
per year

These resources would flow through individuals and partnerships who are building sustainable solutions to real problems in the places they are called to serve. Over time, this kind of distributed stewardship compounds and strengthens communities generation after generation.
This is not about building a single institution. It is about equipping people to build lasting work in the areas they are uniquely positioned to serve.

The five Global Giants

Experiences That Change Perspective

Through Mastermind Mission Trips, leaders step outside their normal environment, see meaningful work up close, and engage in conversations that help realign direction and purpose.
Current destinations include Thailand, Rwanda, and Israel.
These experiences combine reflection, learning, and direct exposure to people who are building solutions on the ground.
